No. Every new account gets 30 days of full Chambers-tier access with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, pick any tier (including Advocate at ₹1,000/mo) or let the account downgrade to a limited read-only mode — your data stays with you either way.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the Billing page; the prorated difference is charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period (no partial refunds on unused monthly time).
No hidden per-seat fees. The Counsel tier includes 3 team members; Chambers includes unlimited team members. If your team is bigger than 3 and smaller than "unlimited," the tier price is flat — no surprise line items.
We process payments through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and NEFT / RTGS for annual subscriptions. Invoices are GST-compliant and downloadable from the Billing page.
No. Card and UPI details are tokenized by Razorpay and never touch CasePilot's servers. We store a tokenized reference for recurring billing.
Yes. The annual plan is billed at 10x the monthly rate — effectively 2 months free. You can switch to annual at any time from the Billing page.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable (cancel any time; retain access to end of the period). Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for full details.
