Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

All new accounts include a 30-day Chambers trial at no cost. No credit card is required. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be limited but your data will be preserved.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

3. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase, calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription. Contact billing@nowlez.com to request a refund.

4. Tier Changes

To change your subscription tier, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new tier at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current tier remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we will retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription will enter a 3-day grace period during which you retain full access. After the grace period, your account will be limited until payment is resolved.
