We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and law practice details when you create an account. We also collect case data you add to CasePilot, documents you upload, and chat messages with our AI assistant.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve CasePilot services: managing your cases, processing documents with AI, sending notifications about hearings, and communicating about your account and billing.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers in India. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with eCourts India for case data, Google Gemini for AI features, Razorpay for payments, and Resend for email. Each service processes only the minimum data required for their function.

5. Your Rights

You can export all your data at any time from Account Settings. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
