1. Eligibility

CasePilot is available to legal professionals, law firms, and legal departments in India. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these terms.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CasePilot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Subscription & Billing

CasePilot offers three paid tiers: Advocate, Counsel, and Chambers. All new accounts start with a 30-day Chambers trial. Billing is processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use CasePilot for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to transmit harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CasePilot. CasePilot retains ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology. Documents generated by our AI tools are owned by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

CasePilot is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
